In this week’s episode, our host Nick Baumann interviews Josh Gonsalves, founder of the ecommerce business platform EcommerceStrategi, and shares how he makes sure he doesn’t waste time with the wrong tasks.

We also hear from Jason DeSantis, who has been using ecommerce to turn his life around.

Jason is the founder and CEO of the social network SnapChat, which is owned by Twitter.

He also owns the online game, Warlords of Draenor.

He also runs the popular ecommerce company TheShop, which has more than 40,000 active members and more than 15 million orders annually.

Jason says that he’s found a great balance between the two, and that the most valuable parts of ecommerce are the activities that can be done online.

We learn how Jason manages his time so that he doesn.

Jason DeSantes – What are your priorities?

Jason: The main priority for me is to grow my business.

I do a lot of research.

I try to understand what my competitors are doing, what their pricing structure is.

If they charge me more than they charge my competitors, I know I have to work harder.

I want to keep my prices competitive.

The Shop’s top 3 tips for becoming a more efficient business owner?

Jason: Start small.

If you’re not going to get into your business and really know what it is you want to do, then don’t start.

If I’m doing something that’s not my passion, I might be doing it because it’s cheaper.

If it’s something I’m passionate about and it’s a hobby, I’ll work on that.

I don’t like spending a lot time in the office.

The more time you spend in the store, the more likely you are to make mistakes.

I think that it’s better to make it as small as possible and spend less time there.

The shop’s top 5 tips for finding and staying focused on your goal?

Jason, Jason: Spend time with your friends.

Spend time doing what you love.

I would say to the shop owner, I would love to work with you and I’m sure you have friends who would love working with you.

If your friends would love doing it, that’s great.

If not, that means it’s time to do something else.

Jason: If you get an email, it’s probably not a good idea to click through to it.

I’ll just get a reply.

Jason: I like to respond to emails when they’re relevant to my work, and then I’ll respond.

Jason, Jason, Josh: I’d like to do a little bit more work on the website, but I’d rather do the same thing for the email list.

Jason De Santis – What is your favorite part of the job?

Jason,Jason: I really like the way the customer service team handles their customers.

It’s really important to them.

They’re like family.

Jason’s personal favorite part is having customers in your store who can help you with any questions.

I love hearing from customers.

Jason De Santes – Do you think that ecommerce can solve your biggest pain points?

Jason:(Laughs.)

I think ecommerce is really going to solve some of the problems that people have with shopping.

I know that when I was shopping for a gift, I felt like I was wasting my time.

If people didn’t have to be so concerned with what they buy and how it will fit into their life, I think people would have more fun.

I just think that when people see the difference in the shopping experience, they’ll shop more often.

I’ve noticed that the way that we see people shopping now, they’re not just going to go out to a store and spend money.

If the customer is a regular, they won’t want to spend money on something that they don’t need.

If we don’t have an outlet for that, we’re just going get more stressed out.

Jason,Jason, Josh – How have you been spending your time at TheShop?

Jason.

It has been a great experience.

I have a great team of people.

They have great relationships with customers.

Jason is very supportive of people who are in the eCommerce space.

Josh.

I’m really excited to be a part of TheShop.

I like working with people from all walks of life.

Jason has been really encouraging me.

Josh has been incredibly supportive.

Jason says, I really don’t know where this job could have been.

We can work from anywhere.

I can get in my car, drive to my office, and have my lunch in the back.

I was going to say, I was on a road trip, but now I’m in my office.

Josh says, It’s so much more fun, but you don’t want people to be like,
